We are not a bank. But we take our obligations to our regulators and our customers very seriously, so our payments team have an incredibly important role in making sure all payments have been processed correctly and without delays.

We’re looking for Payments Operations Analyst to help us manage customer payments queries. We offer 6 months FTC with a possibility to become permanent.

What you’ll be doing

  • Perform the day to day processing of all payments & refunds
  • Processing all missing payments queries and chargebacks
  • Perform daily reconciliation of client accounts
  • Partnering with our customer service team to make sure we manage expectations and keep customers in the loop
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to improve the payments operations processes

  • Someone with a genuine interest in payments and calculations

  • Resourceful, creative and inquisitive approach to highly complex tasks

Fixed Term Contract for 6 months with a possibility to become permanent based on performance.

Salary is at £24,000 p.a. calculated pro rata
